About LicitGist

LicitGist is a place where everybody’s academic quest shall end. It is an online platform for law students, researchers, scholars and enthusiasts seeking to bring together the legal fraternity. Team LicitGist brings to you, endless updates of legal community, news, knowledge, awareness, opportunities, quizzes and much more for legal fraternity.

We, a team of highly motivated people strive hard to bring updated & first-hand information to its audience. Our aim is to create a one-stop platform for law students, legal academia and the industry.

We are here to ensure that law schools turns out to be interesting & won't stifle your creativity!

About Membership

LicitGist is inviting applications of candidates interested to be a part of a growing Team. Best opportunities will be offered to those willing to join the team.

Applications are open for following posts-

A.Content Creator

Responsibility of creating/curing content, which will also include working on Newsletter of LicitGist.
Skillful drafting, tactful news jacking and effective monitoring are certain skills which are required. Previous experience in content creation will be appreciated.
Content Creation on a regular basis for outreach and advertisement initiatives.

B. Content Editor

Reviewing and editing articles and blogs.
Ensuring that the language, grammar, and formatting are fit for publication.
Checking and Verifying Facts.
After having done the above-mentioned tasks, the editor shall prepare and submit a report along with the edited manuscript to the manager for further review.
Proof reading and editing content for social media platforms and website.

C. Social media

One of the most lively field which will give you exposure & recognition on social media platforms of LicitGist. You’ll get an opportunity to work in various fields, being part of Social Media team. Responsibilities include-

Write & edit content for social media posts exclusively.
Making videos/audios for the required content.
Content Creation on a regular basis for outreach and advertisement initiatives.
Coordinating with team & work diligently
Formulate a strategy to increase in the number of followers on our social media handles.
Emailing colleges and organizers of educational events and opportunities.
Drive awareness about our brand and posts by posting articles on various forums and groups.
You could even start a new initiative around education and careers that you will be responsible to drive forward.

Due credits will be given to selected candidates.

D. Designing

Selected candidates will be required to make posts/ppt etc. for LicitGist

Utmost professionalism is expected. Candidates must have knowledge of any designing/editing/video making software (like canva, coralDRAW, Adobe etc.)

Due credits will be given to the members.

E. Organising & Outreach

Organize events and various competitions.

Connecting with professionals & academicians on behalf of LicitGist

Candidate applying should have proficiency in English (writing/communication), should be able to make others understand your views, professionalism is of utmost importance

Members should have all capabilities to interact with anyone & maintain conduct, as they will be responsible & representative of LicitGist.

F. Internship Coordinator

Responsibility includes- Keeping a record of interns, managing the team, updating & coordination with different departments concerning the work of interns.

(This is the major work, rest all details will be told once selected)

Candidates applying should have good drafting/writing & communication skills. You need to be professional while dealing.

Eligibility

Any student pursuing 5 year/ 3 year LLB from any recognised university are eligible to apply.
Professionals and academicians are also welcomed to join us.
Non-Law students are also invited to apply for Designing department
